it's not impressive. it's not light weight nor ultra light weight at all.it's only slightly lighter than the entirely conventional cast iron first version of the MX5400kg would be light. not 850. there are 4 seater cars of steel that weigh less. Citroen C1 for instance.it's not impressive at all. it's pathetic

Amen on the NC Mazdaspeed Miata. I almost bought an NC back in 08, but the only ones I could find were fairly loaded (I wanted the hardtop but north of $30k for a Miata wasn't happening) and it really just came down to the disappointing engine they gave it. If it had another 40hp, the standard version would be a serious winner.With that said... This Miata is awesome.
