Japanese Ingenuity with American Style.

American muscle cars and hot rods are a huge deal over in Japan, but obtaining them and keeping them running is not the easiest thing to do. For one, the import taxes on American cars is huge and then there is the simple issue of size. Japanese roads are small and narrow and since the average American muscle car was 18-feet long and 6-feet wide, well… that just doesn’t leave a lot of space to get your hoonage on. Enter Dream Factory Blow, a shop that takes Japanese micro cars and turns them into miniature versions of American muscle. By starting with a Japanese Kei-car (660cc mill with 63 hp), Dream Factory Blow then strips them down, cuts them up and re-fabricates their favorite American bodies in fiberglass on the Kei-car’s already existing framework. Any structural members of the chassis that are cut, are then reinforced to maintain rigidity. The final product? A very cool little Japanese/American hybrid that blends style, hipness and economy in a awesome little package.
