Cadillac is cutting the price of its flagship CTS saloon to £29,995 from £32,995. The entry-level CTS still remains at £26,995. The reduced price is due to extremely slow sales. The petrol CTS attracts a £400 yearly tax alongside poor fuel economy of less than 26mpg combined.
The CTS Sport Luxury has the 3.6 litre V6 petrol engine and equipment that includes six-speed automatic transmission, traction control, full leather upholstery, sat nav, BOSE sound system with 40GB hard-drive, bi-xenon adaptive headlights and cruise control. Cadillac has also launched the CTS Sport Wagon estate; sales start next summer.
